Alice in Wonderland has always been my number one choice in books. It has inspired my own writing and combined with Labyrinth and Beetlejuice, my books have taken a tremendous twist.

But with Alice, it is the number one book every child should read, and every adult if you’ve never read it. The world you’re drawn into is mesmerizing and astoundingly triumphant. My favorite chapter has to be the Mad Hatters tea party, with the Cheshire Cat scene coming in straight afterward.
